Shipping Policy

  • We ship across India with a reliable network of courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
  • Shipping timelines vary by product, but most orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Return and Replacement Policy

While we do not offer returns, we’re happy to assist with replacements in the rare case of a damaged or defective product.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@bowhomes.com with your order details and clear photos of the damage.
  • After reviewing your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
  • Replacements are only offered for damaged or defective products; no replacements or refunds will be made for other reasons.
  • Please note that all partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are non-refundable. Since Bow Homes currently does not offer returns, if you choose to refuse or reject the order at the time of delivery, your partial COD amount will not be refunded under any circumstance. This is to cover order processing, packing, and logistic costs already incurred. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming it. 

All our products are handmade with premium materials and go through strict quality checks to ensure durability and excellence. To maintain sustainability and uphold our craftsmanship, we do not accept returns.
